Silver Fork Restaurant

The Silver Fork Restaurant offers full service dining. We’re open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offer an extensive wine, beer and spirits list. Our restaurant has become famous for hospitality and house made specialties.

Breakfast
Voted “Best Breakfast in Utah” by Salt Lake Magazine
Breakfast is served  Monday through Friday from 8am -11:30am, Saturdays until 12:00 pm, and Sundays until 1:00pm. Try our signature sourdough pancakes, made with 70 year old sourdough starter, one of our several Eggs Benedict variations, or a variety of other house made specialties.

Lunch
We offer a variety of soups, salads and hot and cold sandwiches. Don’t miss the house-made meatloaf with mashed potatoes or the delicious hot open-faced turkey sandwich!

Dinner 
Start your night with our gingered sesame asparagus appetizer, delight your palette with Canyon Pepper Steak, and finish off the perfect meal with our decadent house made blackberry cobbler a la mode.

Or just stop on by for a little après ski and enjoy one of our many appetizers and hot or cold beverages.
