Located on the upper floor of the lodge, all rooms offer stunning mountain views. Your stay comes with an award-winning breakfast for the registered guests of your room. Silver Fork Lodge has a total of 7 rooms; 4 double occupancy rooms: Navajo, Wheat, Green Ice, and Kaibab, which all offer a king bed. 3 rooms that have an occupancy up to 4 guests L’aska and Lanae which have two full beds. The last room is our “family suite”, with an occupancy of 4 with 2 seperate rooms; SilverStar; which offers a king bed, and YellowStar, which offers a twin bunk bed.
Silver Fork Lodge is a scenic 45 minute drive from Salt Lake International Airport and is located 11 miles up Big Cottonwood Canyon, just 1 mile from Solitude Ski Resort and 3 miles from Brighton Ski Resort. Nearby, you have easy access to a variety of outdoor recreation throughout the entire year.
Salt Lake International Airport has many rental car companies to choose from. If you intend to rent a car during the winter season, we highly recommend that you reserve a 4-wheel drive. Or our staff can recommend one of the many transportation companies that provide service from Salt Lake International Airport to Silver Fork Lodge & Restaurant.
Rooms book well in advance for prime weekends during the ski season. Accommodations may be available on short notice but you should book as far in advance as possible to get the dates you desire. Check in at the Restaurant’s Host stand / Bar, which is located at the west end. The restaurant’s hours are 8 am to 8 pm (except holidays). If you are checking in after these hours you will need to call to get our after hours check-in procedure to get your keys and parking pass +1 (801) 533-9977.
