Mussels Italiano

Mussels Sauteed in white wine, butter, garlic, black pepper

Paired with Lunetta Prosecco

 

Appetizer

Arancini

 a Sicilian street food of fried risotto balls.  Breaded, stuffed with sauteed onion, ham and peas and mozzarella  then gently fried and paired with Villa Antinori Bianco DOC; a delightful blend of Malvasia Bianco, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, and Trebbiano! 

 

Salad

Chop Salad Italiano

Romaine, red onions, black olives, with Mozzarella, Provolone and salami tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette and paired with Santa Cristina Toscana, a light bodied Sangiovese

 

Entrée

Italian Braised Short Rib

A perfectly braised short rib on a bed of savory polenta and topped with a red wine reduction  and paired perfectly with a 2018 IL Faundo Di Arcanum Super Tuscan 

 

Dessert

Panna Cotta 

A classic Italian custard.  Sweet “cooked cream” molded and served with Amaretto apricots! Paired with Seven Daughters Moscato
